It was my first time walking into Shake Shack and David assisted us and he was very helpful in helping us to place the order. Also, he brought the food to our table and asked if we would like some sauce or anything. I did enjoy the food was good and the service was amazing. David made everything so joyful. Thanks
I had such a great experience at this Shake Shack! The manager (I believe his name was Ronald but definitely started with the letter R) was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He greeted us warmly at the door and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—especially the sauces. And let’s be honest, sauce is essential! The employees were also cheerful and attentive, making the whole visit feel pleasant and seamless. Like every Shake Shack we’ve been to, this location was consistent with the brand: beautifully designed, inviting, and perfectly equipped for a great dining experience. I also have to mention how much I love their gender-neutral restrooms—they always add a creative touch with their clever little signs inside. While Shake Shack may lean toward the pricier side (though, to be fair, we’re not frequent fast-food diners), the quality of the food is in a league of its own. From the juicy burgers (truffle burger is my favorite and is unbelievable) and succulent chicken to the perfectly crispy crinkle cut fries and delicious shakes, everything was and always is worth every penny. A truly standout experience! We love our Shake Shack!
I was highly impressed with Alex’s attentiveness, warm personality, speed, efficiency, and overall professionalism. At one point, it felt like I was at a diner with my favorite waitress rather than a fast-food restaurant. She is smart, energetic, and clearly passionate about her job. What stood out most was how she went beyond simply taking orders—she checked on dine-in customers to ensure they were enjoying their meals and asked if they needed anything. This level of care and service is rare in a fast-food setting. Alex appears to be a model employee. If I had my own restaurant—or any business—I’d want someone like her on my team. She has a bright future ahead, and Shake Shack is lucky to have her!
Everything was great! The food came out fairly quickly and it was all delicious. Jeremy and Justin were so attentive and treated us so kind. I would definitely be coming back soon and bringing my friends.
We frequently dine at Shack Shack locations and love the food. This was our first time at this location and we were absolutely blown away by the service and hospitality. Bri was very helpful. She checked on us several times and another employee also.
Adriana, the manager, was incredibly kind and professional. She treated us as if we were regular customers at a full-service restaurant. Unlike other restaurants, even the fountain soda tasted great (I suppose no tap water was added).
I love SS, and this location is probably the best-run I've ever encountered (though the Herald Square NYC location is also great). Spotless and efficient, and I had 4 different employees come by to ask if they could help me with anything, and about my experience. Hard to believe at a "fast food" restaurant!
